Physiotherapy Receptionist: Multi-location Roles
TPS Health physiotherapy, is seeking experienced receptionists to join our team of clinics located at Morningside, Capalaba, Cleveland, Victoria Point.
This is an outstanding opportunity to work for a well established organisation. We have a fantastic company culture, with physiotherapists and administration staff who are dedicated to the well-being of our patients.
Our ideal candidate must have:
- Availability for a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Availability on weekdays between 8am and 7pm
- Previous experience in a front desk role within a medical or physiotherapy environment
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
- A genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service
- The ability to work autonomously
- Basic to intermediate computer literacy with databases and Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proven ability to work within a team and provide support whenever needed
- Excellent presentation skills
- The ability to be flexible and thrive in a fast-paced business environment
- Your own car
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Welcoming patients and recording patient details
- Processing patient invoices
- Performing other general administrative duties as required
- Maintaining the general appearance and cleanliness of the clinic
- Assistance with rostering
- Scanning medical documents
