The Role
This role will see you job sharing with a team member on a busy reception.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Answering the telephone and taking accurate messages;
- Meeting and greeting and making sure clients are signed in;
- Managing outgoing mail and couriers; and
- Data entry.
To be considered for this position, you will have the following skill set:
- Experience working within a receptionist role is essential;
- Excellent communication skills and presentation; and
- Current police check or willing to complete one.
- Commence 29th July until 29th October.
- Part-time hours – Two days per week, Monday and Tuesday 830am – 5pm (these days are not flexible).
