Pilates Instructor

We are on the hunt for a vibrant Instructor to join our team. 

We are not a typical ‘studio’ and we are not looking for a ‘typical’ Instructor. Our members expect and deserve to be coached by an experienced, passionate, strong & friendly individual that thrives in a group fitness environment. 

FS8s revolutionary training incorporates the benefits of Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Functional Training, Yoga & Tone into a unique workout style.

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 2 of the following:

• Mat / Reformer Pilates qualification
• Cert 3 / 4 in Fitness
• 2 years of group training experience

ROLE
FS8 Trainer –  Casual approximately 10-15 hrs per week plus potential for further growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The normal fitness studio responsibilities apply like high-energy and attention to detail when leading a class, highly organised and reliable, following all the usual studio protocols, embracing our members, becoming a master of our CRM software, keeping the studio squeaky clean for our community, taking care of our equipment, being an active participant in our community events/socials, representing FS8 whole heartedly in the community, completing regular training provided to you (FOC), excellent customer service and a can-do attitude, a team player, a contributor, a strong work ethic and a fun personality.
