Reporting to our General Manager Operations, the Planning Manager – Operations plays a pivotal role in car parking growth story by creating positive customer experiences by delivering high quality and reliable product installation.
This will be achieved by driving operational excellence, ensuring efficient project fulfilment and optimal resource utilisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead capacity and workforce planning for installations team, ensuring jobs are completed on time and in line with budget
- Drive initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality
- Management of DIYblinds occupied property facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and operational
- Lead, manage and support regional Installations Team Leaders
- Delivery of health and safety management plans and drive culture of safe work practices
- Development and control of contractor management framework
- Use data analytics to create forecasting tools and inform business decision-making

- Have proven experience leading and motivating a frontline operations team (including trade related roles) across geographies nationally

- Superior project management skills and attention to detail
