The role would suit a candidate able to multi-task, with a knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices. Your attention to detail, organisational skills and helpful disposition will set you apart. We need you to be the administrative subject matter expert and provide high level administrative support to your team.
Roles and Responsibilities: Preparation of monthly financial reports including reconciliation of Profit & Loss and Project Revenue Assist the National Plant Finance and Systems Manager with EOM reporting and other financial related tasks Prepare, format, reconcile financial reports as required, e.g. Purchase Order Register and RBNI Reports Process CAPEX expenditure and Disposal forms following JH procedures Strong accounting/ financial skills Acute attention to detail Strong organisational and prioritising skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality Strong relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written Provide customer service to the client, external vendors, subcontractors, and community stakeholders are required Provide administrative support which may include arranging and attending meetings, conferences, functions, taking and distributing minutes Support the broader National Plant Group as required Support NSW Accounts Payable team and approval of supply invoices
