This new Health Care Company will be a leading global diversified health technology company with:

We expect the creation of the two companies will be completed by the end of Q1 2024. For now, we will continue to operate as one global company. This role is positioned to drive the success of the "New Health Care Company".
Primary Scope:
- Responsibility for plant operational in terms of EHS, Compliance, Quality, Service, Cost and employee relationship.
- Build quality culture, enhanced QMS foundation and 100% compliance for plant operation.
- Plant operation P&L sheet accountability. Driving RM price reduction and yield improvement, indirect spending for utility cost reduction, productivity improvement.
- Optimize sterilization process outside vendor for cost reduction and EO residue improvement.
- Implemented Disruptive technology for the entire plant include robotics, vision and E2E automation solutions.
- Asset utilization improvement with business leader to support double digital growth and cost reduction.
- Sponsorship for new products transfer (NPI) and RM localization from US plant. (China for China)
- Leading plant team for new ERP system implementation
- People development and morale improvement
Experience/Background Needed:
- Proven Leadership skills
- At least 8 years of Plant Management capacity
