The aim of AMS is the advancement of knowledge about menopause, and our mission is to improve the quality of life of women during and after menopause. The AMS is an evidence-based and trusted source of information on menopause and midlife women’s health for health professionals and consumers. AMS provides face to face and virtual education to health professionals, in the workplace and in the community.

Membership Strategy: Develop strategies to attract new members, identify target audiences, and create marketing campaigns to promote membership benefits. Collaborate with various teams to enhance member retention rates and engagement levels.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, policymakers, and advocacy groups. Organize events to promote dialogue, provide support to AMS members in advocacy efforts, and stay informed about research and trends in menopause care and women's health. Conduct research and collaborate with experts to inform policy positions and advocacy efforts.
