- Driving engagement across the Medibank enterprise with key insights into the health of our membership and the broader Australian population
- Facilitating the development, delivery and maintenance of Medibank's Health of the Membership index
- Delivering insights to key external partners including corporate clients, university partners and others regarding the health of their people and populations
- Supporting the Chief Medical Officer - Customer in undertaking annual and quarterly planning including establishing and monitoring performance against objectives and key performance metrics
- Supporting the application of agile ways of working across relevant squads
- Providing analytical and project support on key strategic health initiatives led by the Clinical Hub in partnership with other Hubs across Medibank
- Any other initiatives at the direction of the Chief Medical Officer - Customer (Clinical Hub lead)
