AFS are a leading Fire Protection Company with a strong existing Commercial, Industrial and Government client base.
The role involves servicing and maintaining fire extinguishers with an opportunity to extend into the Certificate II in Fire Protection Inspection and Testing.
Key responsibilities of the role:
• Servicing portable fire extinguishers to comply with specific Australian Standards.
• Providing excellent Customer service and advice to our clients on site.
What the position requires;
A valid driver’s license.
- Current National Police Clearance within 12 months (or willingness to obtain).
- A current Australian Drivers License.
- Clearances to enter secure facilities such as schools, aged care facilities, police stations, banks, etc. (or willingness to obtain).
- Current Flu/COVID-19 vaccinations (as required by site).
- Great communication and relationship building skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability collaborate with others.
- Basic hand tool knowledge is desirable but not essential.
