- Competent in a range of program management concepts and have experience in the management of the core project data elements in capital-related projects?
- Excited to ensure the projects' details are accurate and that others can rely upon the outcomes of your efforts?
- Effective at collaborating with others to achieve a common set of goals?
The role will work with the Portfolio Data Manager to ensure that core program information (with a focus on financial and schedule information) is effectively managed and kept up to date in combination with the broader EPG team.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
1. Support the execution of a range of recurring processes for the updating of core project data including:
(a) program and project schedules, including program interdependencies.
(b) program and project financial tracking, including budget loading, forecasting and actual tracking.
(c) cross-program financial overheads, including budget loading, forecasting and actual tracking.
For each element, the incoming data is to be validated for accuracy (including variance analysis) and achievability with feedback provided directly to the project managers or via the broader EPG team as appropriate.
2. Assist the monthly reporting processes, as directed, with the provision of validated data and key observations that support key data changes, variances and/or anomalies.
3. Contribute to the enhancement Homes Victoria Project Management Framework and digital program management platform through identifying and capturing of improvements.
