Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit operating costs and projected capital works budgets for approval;
- Monitor and review budgets and forecasts;
- Identify cost efficiencies across the property portfolio;
- Ensure Planned Preventative Maintenance schedules are in place and maintained;
- Meet with contract and service provider representatives to ensure the delivery of services to each property is to agreed scope and standard;
- Ensure the business is kept informed with regard to building performance, key updates and project updates.
- Manage and assist with all relevant tender processes in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures; and
- Ensure compliance is met in line with all legislative requirements.
- Proven experience in working autonomously & with a team, including collaboration, contractor management, outsourced project management and compliance;
- Proven commercial and retail facilities management experience;
- A strong ability to identify process improvement and subsequently implement change management;
- A technical background in the area of building services and facilities management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills; and
- Proficiency in MS Office platforms
