Some of your responsibilities include:
- Liaising with key stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate communication records in PropertyMe
- Perform market reviews and maintain up to date lease records
- Strong time management, prioritisation and organisational skills
- Coordinate and facilitate ingoing and outgoing reports
- Maintain up to date maintenance records
- Conduct arrears management processes daily
- Provide excellent communication to all clients
About You
- Current Certificate of Registration & or Licence
- Current Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle to get to and from work
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proven ability to build strong client relationships and maintain and provide an elite customer experience
- Proactive, punctual and reliable
- Strong administration skills; organised, thorough, systems orientated withmeticulous attention to detail
- Excellent personal presentation and grooming
- Proven ability to efficiently manage a portfolio of properties, LL & TT
- Work within a team
- Fun approach with sense of humour
- Enjoys being part of a hard working, fun, high achieving, supportive team
Desired Skills
- 2 years experience preferred in PM Management or similar role
- Previous experience using Property Me is preferred but not essential
