As a Business Banking and Banking Finance expert, you will work in the Portfolio Funding department, specializing in financing, and acquiring third-party originated debt portfolios across various asset classes, leveraging your experience in securitisation, business development, financial modelling, and credit risk management.
Portfolio Funding Manager will report to the Senior Manager Portfolio Funding and be a key pillar in driving and managing business growth of the third party originated debt portfolios across different asset classes. This includes managing existing customer relationships, seeking out new business opportunities and onboarding new customers.
In this role of a Portfolio Funding Manager, you will get to:
- Identify new funding opportunities through existing customers or new opportunities and the delivery of the various activities that supports business growth.
- Onboard new business opportunities.
- Manage existing customer relationships by being the primary point of contact for daily matters.
- Develop, execute and monitor customer risk compliance programs seeking to minimise credit and operational risk events.
- Conduct in depth risk assessments for new and existing debt portfolios to ensure all risk are identified, mitigated, and monitored.
- Ensure income and costs are managed within budget.
This is a full-time fixed term position for 12 months and can be based in anywhere in Australia, provided you have access to one of our corporate offices or business banking Centre's. Hybrid ways of working are core to how we operate today.
