The Bureau's Organisational Development Program (OD) requires an experienced Digital Channels Lead to maintain, develop and champion our online content on the Bureau intranet. This role is integral to the ongoing delivery of Organisational Development Service Delivery Model.
The role requires an analytical and creative UX designer, able to grasp our employee needs, understand our applications/programs intent and generate solutions and pathways for the end user.
The successful candidate will have an exceptional visual sense and an understanding of CX UX, and digital content communications. They will recognise and solve problems proactively and improve user processes to streamline and uplift our employee experience.
This role will focus on supporting an uplift to a best practice approach to employee experience. Along with strong technical experience, you will have excellent stakeholder management and digital content writing skills. You will have demonstrated understanding of contemporary communications and UX practices with previous experience in government or corporate UX roles.
There will also be adhoc external website content related to Organisational Development that will need to be maintained by this role.
