About The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their high performing team in Adelaide. As a key member managing a residential portfolio comprising of up to 120 properties , you will be at the forefront of ensuring property investment portfolios are managed with efficiency and effectiveness. In this role, there is no requirement for leasing or business development tasks, allowing you to fully concentrate on managing the property portfolio to the best of your abilities. This full-time position includes a car allowance and flexibility to work from home, ensuring a balance between professional responsibilities and personal well-being.
Duties And Responsibilities
Liaising with tenants, landlords, and various stakeholders.
Negotiate favourable outcomes effectively.
Accurately process and manage invoices.
Manage arrears efficiently.
Foster and expand client relationships.
Attributes And Skills Required
2+ years' experience in end to end property management
Property management registration is a mandatory requirement
Great interpersonal and communication skills
A desire for ongoing professional development
PropetyMe experience is advantageous
