About the Role:
The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for leading a team of up to 15 Centre Directors, driving business goals and objectives to give the best service to the children, families, Community and employees.Key areas of delivery.
- Leadership - Mentoring and leading Centre Managers to deliver on high-quality practice, business objectives, QHSE, action plans and best practices.
- Business Partnering - Creating and maintaining strong relationships with Centre Managers within your portfolio and senior leadership, addressing trends, concerns and focusing on solutions for improvement.
- Collaboration - Sharing insights and best practices with other Portfolio Managers, contributing to the wider network and business growth.
- Talent Management - Establishing talent pipelines, succession plans and development opportunities for talent within your portfolio area.
- A Great Place to Work - Encouraging collaborative working and team building, supporting Centres in maintaining an excellent work environment where employees thrive.
- Masters or Bachelors qualification in Early Childhood
- Business Administration qualification or similar
- At least 5+ years' experience as an Area Manager, or in a multi-site capacity
- Strong leadership and people management experience
- Excellent commercial awareness and business acumen
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework
- Project management experience
- A valid Australian driving license
- The Right to Work in Australia, without restriction
