A Day in The Life
Your day to day will involve the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Collaborate on Portfolio Planning to optimize resource allocation and balance the portfolio effectively.
- Assist in shaping and aligning strategic initiatives from inception.
- Offer expertise in portfolio management including scheduling, resourcing, estimating, and financial forecasting.
- Conduct regular reviews with sponsors and project managers to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Write and/or interpret business cases, reports and other documentation.
- Provide consulting and analysis services to support business objectives.
- Generate insightful reports to guide stakeholders on necessary actions.
- Establish standards, processes, and tools to improve outcomes.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a 'C' Class Licence
- Experience in supporting business case development in project portfolios.
- Tertiary qualification in relevant fields
