• Monday to Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm)

A Day in The Life

Your day to day will involve the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Collaborate on Portfolio Planning to optimize resource allocation and balance the portfolio effectively.
• Assist in shaping and aligning strategic initiatives from inception.
• Offer expertise in portfolio management including scheduling, resourcing, estimating, and financial forecasting.
• Conduct regular reviews with sponsors and project managers to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Write and/or interpret business cases, reports and other documentation.
• Provide consulting and analysis services to support business objectives.
• Generate insightful reports to guide stakeholders on necessary actions.
• Establish standards, processes, and tools to improve outcomes.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a 'C' Class Licence
• Experience in supporting business case development in project portfolios.
• Tertiary qualification in relevant fields
