YOUR FUTURE ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant (f/m/d) to enhance our delivery capabilities within the Analytics & Insight Services organization. Our team is dedicated to providing top-tier consulting and professional services in the realms of Planning & Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. Our primary mission is to drive customer adoption and foster innovative use cases.
In this role, you will collaborate with some of SAP’s largest clients, guiding them through their digital transformation journeys. You will be instrumental in defining and refining their strategic direction, driving the adoption of our software products, and ensuring that projects are successfully launched and operate in accordance with SAP’s best practices, whether deployed on-premise, in a hybrid environment, or in the cloud.
Within the Analytics & Insight Services team you will work on topics such as:
-Work on digital transformation and cloud transition projects using SAP’s latest solutions offered as part of the SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Data Warehouse Cloud and SAP AI Core, BTP full-stack development)
-Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable AI strategies and solutions.
-Oversee and manage multiple AI projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and alignment with client expectations.
-Provide expert-level advice and insights on AI trends, technologies, and best practices to both clients and internal teams
-Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team
-Engage in continuous learning and development to stay at the forefront of the rapidly evolving AI landscape
YOUR PROFILE
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
-Proven experience in implementing AI solutions in a professional setting.
-Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or C++.
-In-depth understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and statistical analysis.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
-Demonstrated ability to manage and lead projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
-Experience with AI tools and platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

The Analytics & Insight Services team is an integral part of a global organization within SAP’s Customer Services & Delivery board area. Specializing in delivering Planning, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence cloud solutions, A&I oversees the entire project lifecycle from initial positioning to full-scale implementation on a global scale.
