Pr Account Manager, Poem Group

Poem is a creative PR & social agency that believes in being more human and helping brands earn a meaningful place in people's lives. We’re looking for a passionate PR Account Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to our Account Leads, you will be the day-to-day client contact for some of our impressive portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities: 

• Implementing media and influencer engagement plans
• Day-to-day client liaison
• Management of junior team
• Writing media materials and developing content, including copy-writing
• Pitching client stories to media
• Working across the core PR, social media and influencer teams and with agency leads on content amplification
• Support on event production and experiential activity
• Contributing to ideas for retainer and project activities
• Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape

We'd like you to have the following attributes:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 - 4 years of consumer PR agency or in-house consumer PR experience
• Solid understanding and proven experience of how to land great coverage 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in media relations, influencer relations and event coordination 
• The ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines
• A curious mind
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Be a good human
