The Float Legal Assistant role will directly support multiple areas of the business as required, giving the successful applicant the opportunity to gain a wide variety of exposure across practice groups.
Responsibilities in this position will include:
- file and database management
- diary organisation
- formatting documents and mail merging
- answering phone calls and client enquiry
- formatting, preparation and finalisation of legal documentation
Given the nature of the position, you may have the opportunity to widen the scope of your role, with duties extending outside of the above.
To be triumphant in this position, you will ideally have 3+ years’ experience in a mid to top-tier firm as a legal assistant, with a working knowledge of one or more practice areas.
