Practice Assistant/Legal Secretary

Moss & Co Consulting have partnered with an international, top-tier Law firm on the recruitment of a Practice Assistant/Legal Secretary opportunity, providing support to a Partner and small team. 

This role sits within a transactional area of law, providing high-level support and executive assistance to a Partner and small team.

Responsibilities may include;

• Diary management and Inbox management  
• Answering calls, and client liaison
• Document Management - drafting, amending and formatting correspondence and documents 
• Billing - timesheets 
• Expense processing - Amex reconciliation
• Database maintenance, opening and closing files 
• Ad hoc administrative duties

Ideally you will have prior experience within a Legal Support role, working within a transactional space and providing high-level support to a Partner.
