Practice Lead Consultant

About the role:

The primary purpose of this role is to provide leadership to the technology consultants and solution specialists and to be responsible for driving sales enablement and working with sales professionals to grow Microsoft Business Applications pipeline, create winning propositions and execute project delivery across the D365 Customer Engagement and Microsoft Power Platform in Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities include:

  • Engage: Drive sales enablement and work with sales professionals to grow Microsoft Business Applications pipeline, Communicating with clients to determine their needs and goals; sales support/pre-sales/leading bid engagement, contribute to Portfolio offering definition, thought leadership to take our customers on the D365 CE journey, Hands on, real world, seasoned experience of what D365 Customer Engagement excellence looks like
  • Build: Driving demand generation pipelines with sales, Leverage Project execution governance; delivery leadership and oversight
  • Run: Lead Customer engagements from presales, design through to delivery, Strategic client engagement; relationships, D365 Customer Engagement Practice Growth. Practice Management; revenue forecasting, delivery squad, month end financials, project profitability.
  • Develops a customer focused organisation within which the structures, processes and the attitude of the employees deliver optimal experiences with Fujitsu Microsoft Business Apps - D365 Customer Engagement & Power Platform products and services to the customer and enable their continuous improvement.
  • Ensures that targets are consistently achieved and takes prompt corrective action to address performance gaps.
  • Inspires the team to strive for continuous performance improvement by constantly challenging the status quo and by fostering an environment of risk taking and innovation.
  • Champions change within Fujitsu to drive results.
  • Takes ownership in developing capability by coaching team members, identifying talents and enabling talent mobility to maximise individuals' opportunities to build experience and skills for future roles.
  • Works with the Portfolio and Alliances team to develop market relevant offerings with compelling value propositions leveraging Fujitsu and partner ecosystem IP.
  • Develops and maintains practice collateral and presales capability.

About you:

  • Expert +15yrs in Technology & Solution Delivery
  • Deep knowledge of D365 Customer Engagement &Power Platform Solutions including:
  • D365 Customer Engagement
  • Power Platform environment
  • Power Platform CoE Tool Kit
  • Power Apps - Canvas, Model Driven, Portal App
  • Power Automate
  • Power Virtual Agent
  • Power BI
  • Understanding of the Microsoft Ecosystem especially Power Platform and the collaboration technologies within M365 & O365 as well as familiarity with Azure
  • Expert in implementing, architecting, or specifying key D365 Microsoft technologies, with significant depth in Cloud.
  • Good experience of approaches, techniques and model used by both business and technical consulting professionals in solution delivery including; Design Thinking, Agile methods and Tools (Scrum, SAFe)
  • Broad understanding of the technology industry, including current and emerging digital strategies, solutions and trends, as well as experience in delivering/governing technology-enabling business transformation Business Development
  • Significant solution sales experience
  • Experienced in sales enablement and working with sales professionals to grow Microsoft Business Applications pipeline and create winning propositions.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude in winning new name business
  • Support account teams in growing footprint of Microsoft D365 applications business for Fujitsu Leadership
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic operational execution and delivery, including strong stakeholder management and team orchestration.
  • Situational awareness to adapt and solve challenges from both business and technology perspectives.
  • Lead geographically dispersed practice members across Australia and New Zealand Stakeholder Engagement &Management
  • Ability to become an advocate/evangelist for Fujitsu's Microsoft Business Applications value proposition, by conceptualising, planning and overseeing implementation/adoption of a spectrum of technologies and offerings.
  • Strong influencer, able to demonstrate significant mind share in professional and industry networks.
  • Ability to generate trust, build alliances, and orchestrate interdisciplinary teams across a matrix organisation.
  • Significant experience working with Business Decision Makers (BDMs) and top technical leaders and staff Thought Leadership& Communication
  • Thought leader with strong executive presence, including a well-honed ability to hold CxO and BDM level discussions, combined with exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills Industry Knowledge
  • Strong industry knowledge in at least 2 key 'focus areas of Fujitsu's Microsoft Business Applications including; Public Sector (Federal, State and Local), Public Safety, Retail, Not for Profit(NFP), Insurance, Utilities, Manufacturing, Primary Industry
