To realise our vision, it is essential we provide effective leadership and support to the dairy industry and deliver innovative, well planned and collaborative regional services across all our dairy regions. Joining our Regional Services team as Practice Lead - Development you will play a critical role as a connector between Research and Extension to transform research learnings into practical activities that support practice change on farm that is both meaningful, relevant and adaptable to different regions.
This role will provide an opportunity for thought leadership and mentorship and will have line management responsibilities for our Development and Regional Adaptation (DRA) team who are based across regional Australia. You will support both strategic and operational outcomes that will both define and deliver Development practice and new ways of working.

Reporting to the General Manager, Regional Services you can demonstrate a wide range of skills from experience gained ideally in agriculture where you have lead Development activities. Your collaboration and communication skills will support engagement with our Research and Innovation team with whom you will develop strong relationships. You enjoy looking at how process improvements and change can be embedded in our practice across engagement and extension functions to ensure we are achieving our strategic goals and aligning to our values.
