National Dental Care is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Practice Manager to oversee operations at our dynamic Mudgeeraba Practice.

About the Role

As Practice Manager, you’ll oversee and manage the daily performance and operations of our friendly 3 chair practice that has been operating in the Mudgeeraba close knit community for over 20+ years. We are equipped with iTero, intra oral cameras and Zoom Whitening. Our practice is situated within a small, quaint group of shops, restaurants and a shopping centre with free parking onsite. This crucial role requires initiative and sound judgement, with the ability to coordinate both clinical and administrative teams effectively. Working closely with the Dentists and regional Practice Development Manager, you’ll ensure all necessary resources, systems, processes and procedures are in place for the optimal running of the practice, while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and customer service.

Skills & Experience

You have:

• Proven ability to develop, manage, and support a growing dental practice
• Ideally 3 years experience as a Practice Manager
• Ideally 5 years experience as a Dental Receptionist/ Assistant
• Excellent and demonstrated ability in sales, business development, team management, and marketing
• Experience successfully leading a diverse team and developing working relationships
