Practice Manager - Greencross Armadale

We are looking for a Practice Manager to join and lead our Armadale team!

Our clinic is well-equipped with a separate sterile surgery, a separate imaging room, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, IM3 dental, Bair Hugger equipment and we are accredited with Stress Free Handling.

Most conveniently we are a co-location clinic, on-site within a Petbarn retail store - we love having these guys next door, and it allows for a loyal and highly engaged clientele of pet owners.

About Your New Role

• Full-time position managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client records  
• Leading and developing our team and building a positive team culture
• Ensuring that monthly KPI’s are met
• Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives 
• Delivering outstanding service and care to all patients and owners

About Your Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in team management, with strong leadership and team building skills, and the ability to provide coaching for team members
• Vet Nurse experience favourable but not essential
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good business acumen and organisational skills
• Experience with Rx Works preferred but not essential
