Are you an experienced Practice Manager looking for change? Perhaps you're an unofficial practice manger and want the title to match! Eyecare recruitment is offering a full-time role for an experienced Practice Manager or Senior Optical Dispenser looking to step up in their career.

Part time will also be considered for a great dispenser.

About the practice:

• 2 FT optom rooms running with 3 optometrists 1xFT 2xPT
• 1xFT dispenser 1xPT dispenser 2xPT optical assistants, 2xPT receptionists 1xPT marketing assist

• Bespoke practice fitout latest dispensing and optometric equipment
• Passionate independent mindset with support from Provision for networking, business support, education, marketing and buying

Ideally, you'll have

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the Optical industry, preferably in a Practice Manager role or as a Senior Dispenser
• Optical Dispensing Cert IV is highly desirable but not essential
• Highly responsible and passionate about eye care
• The abilities to influence, mentor, support and motivate your team members
• Excellent communication in both written and verbal forms
