Pre-Site Administrator Position Available for Immediate Start

This is an established, Gold Coast based builder that focusses on investment home building, luxury home & commercial, property management and project home building. Our client is dedicated to ensuring excellence for both clients and team members. As work grows, so does their team, and so they are now seeking an individual with pre-site administrator, contract administrator or customer service officer experience to join their business!
Your new role
Your main responsibility is to provide administration support to the Construction Manager to effectively carry out operational work and coordinate the delivery of all tenders and projects. Other tasks include contract administration, document control, collation of tender material, submitting/ managing tenders, creating/updating site files, cost tracking (excel), monthly reporting, cost comparisons, job forecasting, managing safety documentation and raising purchase orders.
What you'll need to succeed
This role requires an individual that has a strong foundation of Construction Pre Site Administration experience. It is essential that you have previous experience in a similar role.
The successful applicant will have exceptional organisation and communication skills. You will be able to work well within a tight-knit team, have the ability to adapt to a blue-collar environment and be an expert at prioritising your workload. You will be confident in the onsite companion and Microsoft Office suite and be able to pick up new software systems quickly.
- 2 + years of experience recently within a construction company
- Document control/contract administration experience
- Onsite companion experience, otherwise be familiar with a system of those sorts
- The ideal candidate will be available to interview immediately
- Located in Southport.
