About the role
As a Customer Relationship Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service. This role has a strong focus on creating a positive customer journey and is designed to assist our customers from contract signed to site start. You will build and maintain strong working relationships with our customers, as you join and guide them through the design and approval process and the preparation for construction of their new forever home.
Reporting to your Workflow Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Regular contact with customers, providing updates on the progress of their new home build.
- Manage all project tasks from contract signed to site start.
- Maintain ongoing communication with other internal departments to stay informed.
- Ensure customers’ portfolio and internal CRM system is kept up to date with accurate information.
- Ensure accuracy of all project documentation.
- Complete any required administrative tasks to ensure the customers’ projects progress seamlessly.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships internally and externally.
- Be solutions focussed, with our customers best interests front of mind.
Your attributes
- Experience within the residential building industry.
- Demonstrated understanding of residential building.
- Experience with administration and or customer service is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communicational skills.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Resilience, agility and collaborative team approach.
