About the role:
As a pre-site cooridinator, your primary responsibility will be delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a very high level of accuracy when preparing contract documents. You'll play a pivotal role in guiding clients from the point of sale, through contract signing and to the start of construction. Your duties will be include but not limited to:
- Guiding and managing client relationships and expectations from point of sale to the commencement of construction
- Delivering exceptional customer service and quality control through professional communications
- Exceeding client expectations through prompt communication via various channels
- Addressing raised issues promptly and providing appropriate resolutions
- Maintaining accuracy in preparing documents such as Preliminary Tender Proposals, Building Specifications, Variations, and Contracts
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external teams

- Experience in the construction industry in a similar role
- Previous experience in customer service roles
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Confidence in client interactions and following directions
