About your new role Our Customer Service Officers are the smiling, welcoming face of our aquatic centres and are dedicated to providing a positive experience for all facility patrons. Working front of house, you will be responsible for opening and closing the facility, and assisting our patrons with membership enquiries, venue and event bookings, kiosk and merchandise purchases and general enquiries. At our centres, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional Customer Service and appreciate that every individual is unique. Our ideal candidates will be reliable team players who believe in working together to ensure success. You must be enthusiastic and inspire those around you.
