About the Role
The Nicholas Street Precinct is the key redevelopment enhancing the Ipswich CBD by introducing new infrastructure, services, and amenities. The ultimate objective is to foster economic growth, activate the Precinct, and enhance commercial value both within the Precinct itself and across the broader Central Ipswich area.
The Precinct is a vibrant hub that brings together culture, arts, food, retail, and community events. Some of the highlights of what you can find in this dynamic space includes an eclectic marketplace from local artisans to unique retail experiences, dining delights, future entertainment heart and endless possibilities inviting curiosity to meet culture in the heart of Ipswich
As Precinct Facilities Supervisor, you will provide specialist advice on critical aspects related to the management and operations of facilities within the Precinct such as compliance management, workplace health and safety and maintenance.

About the benefits
This is a 12 month fixed term position, level 7 with a salary commencing at $110,575 plus superannuation of up to 12.5%.
