About the role
An exciting opportunity within our Business team to help achieve the commercial goals of the Business function by providing premium support to eligible business customers.
The role will consist of but is not limited to the following:
- Actioning requests from Business Customers and their Sales Specialists, ensuring all necessary information required is delivered in a timely and professional manner
- Manage provision of after-sales and pre-sales support for Premium Business accounts. This includes delivery issues, invoice reconciliation, product information, facilitating online ordering, account maintenance and internet user access
- Provide administrative support to the Specialists Sales Team members within the Officeworks Business channel
- Assisting the Specialist Sales Teams in managing Contract customer expectations and assist the Sales Team in securing and growing customer relationships
- Effective liaison with a wide range of internal and external key stakeholders to drive an outcome that is suitable for the customer and Officeworks
- Ensuring a positive customer relationship management is maintained
Self-motivated, with a passion for client service, you have a great attention to detail and drive for enabling the best solutions for our customers. You will have a minimum of 2 years sales experience in a retail environment. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Organisational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the Officeworks B2B customer
- Exceptional customer service orientation across all levels
- Intermediate to advanced skills in SAP, Sales Force, Word and Excel
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- The ability to build professional relationships remotely
- A keen eye for detail
