Talenza have been engaged by an Australia institution to source an experienced Change Analyst to work with the organisation as they embark on the creation of a new business unit. The organisation is looking for candidates with experience in organisational design, new ways of working and cultural change management.
About you
You will a Change Analyst with experience in the following areas:

• Change Management: assist team in executing comprehensive change management strategies aligned with our organizational goals and objectives. Assist in initiatives, ensuring effective communication and assisting organizational design/change practices. An understanding of change management methodologies, tools (trainnig needs analysis & impact assesments) and best practices. Experience with various change models (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter). Apply change impact analyst on a team level, provide solutions and training where appropriate.
• Communication and Engagement: Assisting in implementation of robust communication plans to effectively share change-related information across the organization through stakeholder workshops.
• Culture Change: Assist in shaping and transforming the organizational culture to support desired change outcomes.
