Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service. In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised vacancy, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process. Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.
Position Profile: The successful applicant will provide professional and strategic management support to the Office of Director Corporate Services through the development, implementation, coordination and management of projects, programs and initiatives. This role also provides advice and undertakes research on strategic priority issues in the areas of strategy, policy, human resources, audit and risk, facilities management and information and communications technology in consultation with stakeholders to support the statutory obligations of the Director Corporate Services. The Principal Consultant will also be responsible for coordinating implementation of the Department's Climate Action Plan 2022-24.
