An exciting opportunity is available for a talented Principal Consultant, Learning and Development
to join the Organisational Development team!
As a member of the Organisational Development Team, the Principal Consultant Learning and Development works collaboratively with key stakeholders across SALHN to identify current and future capability needs and enable our people to access corporate Learning and Development solutions, aligned with organisational plans.
About the Role:
As the Principal Consultant, Learning and Development, your duties may include:
- Collaborating with subject matter experts and providers to ensure the high quality content and delivery of corporate Learning and Development programs to address identified capability gaps and support staff development.
- Supporting the development and implementation of leadership capability initiatives in various forms and providing advice to stakeholders, functions and teams on tailored Learning and Development solutions
- Inspiring and motivating staff and leaders to learn and develop
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with other Workforce Division staff including HR Business Partners, Organisational Development, Recruitment and HR Business Support, Industrial Relations, Work Health & Safety and Clinical Work Health & Safety.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Certificate lV in Training and Assessment
- Experience in the design, development and evaluation of learning programs, initiatives and strategies, including preparation of materials tailored to meet the specific needs of participants.
- The ability to assess individual, team, program and organisational development needs and translate these to relevant solutions, programs, materials and tools for a range of users
