The Role
The Principal Consultant Workforce Development Strategy, WA Defence Industry Workforce Office formulates, manages and evaluates Workforce Development and skills strategies required by Western Australia’s Defence Industry through high level research, stakeholder consultation and data analysis. The position is also responsible for leading the implementation and evaluation of Workforce Development initiatives as well as conducting workforce surveys.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have proven experience in project management and stakeholder engagement; come from a education and training background; with a focus on vocational education and training sector; have excellent communication skills particularly with writing high quality briefing notes and reports.
