Job description

Company Description

About Us
Minderoo Foundation takes on tough, persistent issues with the potential to drive massive change. We incubate ideas, advocate for systems change and accelerate impact. We push the limits of what is believed possible.
Minderoo Foundation is proudly Australian, independent, forward thinking and seeks effective, scalable solutions. Through bold, collaborative and selfless action, we seek to dismantle the systems that entrench inequality and advocate for a fairer future.
Minderoo's Gender Equality Focus Area is committed to forging a future where all people realise their inherent freedom and equality. Strengthening partnerships is critical to achieve this. Guided by the 2030 Strategy, Gender Equality is focused on ending the egregious human rights abuses of modern slavery and gender-based violence, shifting harmful social norms and legislative barriers to gender equality, and creating new economic opportunities that will empower women from the boardroom to the factory floor. Although Walk Free will continue to work globally, all four bodies of work will prioritise Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
