Duties- Contribute to the delivery of the Motion for Respect project by providing high level HR advice and input as required to assist with implementation of the recommendations contained in the Bolt Report.
- Provide accurate and evidence-based recommendations, interpretative and solution focused advice to assist management in the provision of effective establishment and budgetary management.
- Provide high level support and expertise in relation to employee relations, job design and classification, recruitment and selection, performance management, work force planning, and work health and safety and wellbeing.
- Provide high level advice and guidance regarding complex human resource matters including the provision of high level industrial relations advice.
- Respond to complex queries, conduct and coordinate investigations, reviews and Projects and prepare high level correspondence, reports and recommendations.
- Undertake high level liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
- The incumbent can expect to be allocated duties, not specifically mentioned in this document, that are within the capacity, qualifications and experience normally expected from persons occupying jobs at this classification level.
Appropriate tertiary qualifications or industry experience in Human Resource Management or similar.
