The role
In this role, you will collaborate with clients and colleagues, handling legal requests independently or under supervision. Effective communication with clients is vital, ensuring legal accuracy and timely completion of tasks. You will prioritize workload, contribute to thought leadership, and engage in self-development activities. Building relationships, mentoring colleagues, and adapting to changing legal needs are key responsibilities.
The successful person
You will have:
- A Bachelor of Laws degree and admission, or eligibility for immediate admission, as a barrister, solicitor or legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of Queensland.
- At least 5 to 10 years post admission experience
- Extensive experience in workplace law, industrial relations and WHS.
