Applications are warmly invited for the position of Principal at Moreton Bay College (MBC). This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, caring, and experienced educational leader dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of students, staff, and families.
Moreton Bay College (MBC) and Moreton Bay Boys’ College (MBBC) are two separate Early Years to Year 12 single sex day schools. Governed by a Board, each school retains its independent legal status, a single sex focus and its own unique culture. However, both schools have significant strengths to offer the other and together have a unique market-leading proposition in private school education for families on the Brisbane Bayside.
The MBC Values are Care, Character, Engagement and Teamwork. These values underpin our committed approach to the holistic development of young people, the pursuit of academic excellence and the pastoral care of our students in a faith-based environment.
The Principal is responsible for the performance, staffing, conduct and culture of MBC. The Principal leads the Academic and Pastoral Teams and exercises oversight of the financial, operation, marketing, Music and Sport elements of school procedure. In carrying out these responsibilities, the Principal reports to the CEO and Executive Principal of the Moreton Bay Colleges (Moreton Bay College and Moreton Bay Boys’ College) and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
