Your role

We are seeking a talented individual to join the Strategy and Planning team within the Intermediated Insurance Australia (IIA) Division. This role will help facilitate execution of the IIA Divisional strategy through the development of a robust business plan and tracking progress against that plan. This will be achieved by engaging the various Business Units of the Division and the wider IAG Group to set appropriate targets, prioritise and monitor activity critical to IIA’s success.
 
This is a permanent role open to candidates in anywhere in Australia. 

About You

•    Demonstrated business planning, delivery and governance experience 
•    Strong commercial acumen, looking to balance the drive for continuous improvement with recognition of stakeholder needs 
•    Experience leading projects collaboratively across multiple business units or divisions
•    A confident decision maker with problem solving capability and a bias for action 
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate sessions and to challenge ideas constructively 
•    Experience in senior stakeholder management 
•    Prior experience in strategy consulting, digital or customer-led organisations (preferred)
•    Relevant Tertiary qualifications
