Job description
The core capability requirements for this role are:
* Build and maintain communication networks and provide high level advice to senior management, internal, and external stakeholders.
* Manage and direct multi-disciplined teams focussed on delivering continuous improvement relating to Command business activities.
* Manage, or contribute to, the end-to-end delivery of projects and prepare relevant project documentation.
* Provide relevant, accurate and timely expert advice on strategic opportunities and business improvements relating to the Queensland Police Service's response to domestic and family violence, and vulnerable persons.
* Initiate, develop and implement initiatives through a build, measure and learn approach.
* Provide leadership and direction fostering an outcomes-focused workplace and inclusive culture.
* Prepare and coordinate high-level comprehensive reports, ministerial correspondence and briefing material relating to the Service's response to domestic and family violence, and vulnerable persons.
