Build the ‘A team’ to accelerate the company’s growth. The Opportunity Join our team as our Principal Recruiter. This is a new role created due to company growth. You will own our senior white-collar recruitment end-to-end including executive, manager, and technical roles. This is an exciting opportunity to make your mark on a fast-growing company. The Role The role of Principal Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our senior white-collar roles. Our recruitment process is focused on quality or ‘A-players’ (defined as being in the top 10% for a particular role and pay grade). We run a ‘360 degree’ or end-to-end recruitment process with strong use of technology. This role will be responsible for all senior white-collar roles (executive, manager, technical) at our Perth and Brisbane locations (plus internationally in future). We expect recruiting for most of these roles be to be search-based. We aim to deliver a ‘recruitment concierge’ level of candidate experience and communicate what’s special about being part of the Beaver team (the value proposition). Key responsibilities include: End-to-end recruitment Candidate sourcing Candidate evaluation Influence and close candidates Collaborate with hiring managers Manage new hires to start We run a structured recruitment process with strong use of technology, including Lever (recruitment software), LinkedIn Recruiter (talent search) and Predictive Index (behavioural & cognitive profiling). The company places great emphasis on putting the ‘right people in the right seats’ and is investing to build a ‘best of breed’ recruitment system. This role will report to our Head of People & Performance (currently being recruited) and work closely day-to-day with our hiring managers (Managing Director, Leadership Team, and other senior managers). About You We are looking for the best white-collar internal recruiter in Perth. You will be a great recruiter who loves the ‘game’ of search-based recruitment and the freedom to chase the best ‘A-player’ candidates nationally (ie, quality over volume). You will prefer to work autonomously ‘on the tools’ on exciting senior roles rather than managing a team of recruiters. The type of character we’re looking for will be competitive, persistent, and proactive. You will enjoy working with autonomy and the freedom to take initiative and get results. You will be structured and disciplined in your approach to solving problems and thrive under pressure. Experience required includes: Minimum ten years experience in white-collar recruitment Experience recruiting senior white-collar roles (executive, manager, technical) Experience doing search-based recruitment (including Linkedin Recruiter) Experience using clearly-defined recruitment process & technology Ideally – experience in internal recruitment at fast-growing company Why Join Us?
