AddressWe're looking for an experienced Project Administrator to provide administrative support to the Project team with a focus on the HSE and Logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively in a global matrix organisation.
- General administrative duties such as data entry, general record-keeping, and document generation to support the HSE Team and the wider Project Team.
- Responding to requests for HSE information.
- Administer management system platforms such as Enablon, Risk Wizard and Rapid.
- Assist contractors with induction systems and processes.
- Assist with on site face-to-face inductions.
- Ensure records are gathered to meet the requirements of the Project WHS Management Plan e.g., plant, induction and training.
- Produce the Daily HSE Update with inputs from multiple on-site and off-site sources.
- Maintain up to date HSE Notice Boards.
- Maintain data to assist in the production of internal and external Monthly HSE Reports.
- Undertake HSE Inspections of Project office areas and assist with field inspections from time to time.
- Assist in the coordination of project training events including sourcing and booking venues, catering and assisting to prepare training materials.
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in construction.
- Previous exposure to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) concepts is highly regarded.
- Show intermediate to advanced capability in the Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint platform.
- Experience with various electronic platforms and programs is advantageous.
- Demonstrate a service-oriented approach, exceptional communication skills, organisational excellence, flexibility, and a positive can-do attitude.
