AGL Macquarie is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our Site Transition team at Liddell Power Station. Reporting to the Site Manager, Liddell Transition, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, document management, and general site coordination. This role is crucial for ensuring the ongoing operation and success of the team as they develop the Liddell and Bayswater asset demolition and redevelopment strategy.

Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and coordinate induction requests, training, and competencies for site access.
- Provide administrative support to project teams, including managing work packs and preparing reports, plans, registers, and presentations.
- Support the creation of purchase requisitions in SAP and process monthly expenses, stocktake, and purchase of general housekeeping items.
- Perform general administration duties such as maintaining filing systems, ensuring team compliance with procedures, document management, travel arrangements, and diary management.
- Develop and distribute project meeting agendas, papers, minutes, and action registers.
- Support regular reporting and data entry for project and HSE dashboards.
- Assist the Site Manager, Corporate Affairs team, and other stakeholders with coordinating significant site events, including catering and room bookings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees at all levels and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project administration skills, particularly in developing reports, presentations, and minutes.
- Strong initiative and organizational ability, with the capability to prioritize and schedule work, manage diaries, and meet tight deadlines.
- High proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Previous project administration experience or relevant administration roles, preferably in high-profile projects or heavy industry operations.
