About you:

In your new role you will…

  • Display extensive experience and ability to deliver high quality ICT services, with emphasis on managing workloads, priorities and working unsupervised.
  • Demonstrate high level knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Novell Directory Services (NDS) operating environment, with technical expertise in order to review procedures and standards and to coordinate implementation work carried out by other team members.
  • Demonstrate the ability to investigate requirements, problems and opportunities in order to recommend and develop improvements to systems and processes within a large network infrastructure setup.
  • Demonstrate analytical, conceptual and strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to achieve outcomes with an awareness of the big picture.

About your opportunity:

In this position you will be responsible for the effective coordination and implementation of the technical requirements of the ieMR Hub and Spoke Project to all in-scope facilities within the CHHHS. The role will provide expert technical advice, guidance and coordination to ensure successful device and systems integration, applications and updates deployment and regression testing.

About your role:

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including eHealth Queensland, CHHHS Digital Health Technical Services and Biomedical Technology Solutions to ensure technical fixes and changes are implemented effectively and within mutually agreed timeframes.
  • Minimise change-related ICT disruption to healthcare services by effectively identifying, reviewing and reporting integration issues and negotiating with and influencing internal and external stakeholder representatives, including eHealth Queensland, CHHHS Digital Health Technical Services and Biomedical Technology Solutions.
  • Ensure that service standards, safety and quality are maintained through adherence to defined service quality standards and relevant occupational health and safety policies, procedures and work practices.
  • Work autonomously and as a member of a high functioning and collegial team, including adaptability and flexibility to deal with and manage changing priorities, across multiple sites simultaneously.
