About the role
Are you passionate about driving change and optimising print services? We are seeking a dynamic Print Transformation Manager to lead a strategic shift in the management and operations of our three High-Volume Print Cells (HVPC). In this critical role, you will focus on stakeholder management, exceptional customer service, and achieving tangible business benefits.
This role with require you to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the HVPC and staff located at Strathfield, Ultimo and Orange campuses, approximately 20 reports total. You will be based within Sydney so that you can work from the HVPC's at Strathfield and Ultimo and occasionally visit the HVPC located at orange. Due to the requirement to travel it is highly desirable that you hold an Australian Drivers Licence.
About You
You will have strong transformation leadership, spearheading change and optimising the HVPC operations across the organisation. By reviewing and consolidating processes and practices you will drive consistency, efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
You have a 'growth' mindset and can identify strategic and tactical opportunities to improve the performance of the HVPC and deliver a value-added, sustainable, and financially viable service to TAFE NSW.
You are a motivated individual who is able to inspire and manage team members through the successful delivery of new initiatives and projects. You are a great collaborator, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can build and maintain a positive team culture.
