About the role
As a process analyst in the Process Architecture Enablement team, you will have the opportunity to gain breadth across all facets of process management and be a key contributor to the design and delivery of process excellence through the support of ANZ’s business process management system (Signavio)
You will play an important role in uplifting Signavio, ensuring the system is well managed so we can effectively deliver process management and insights to Australia Retail and Australia Commercial
The role will support the Process Architecture Enablement lead to deliver the backlog of work for BAU process management
What will your day look like
Work with subject matter expertise across AR&AC to provide guidance on process management standards and frameworks
Share standard practices aligned to process management, and train Signavio users across AR&AC
Generate reporting to bring transparency to process management practices and work with stakeholders to improve process quality
Manage hygiene of Signavio
Conduct quality assurance checks to support stakeholders ensuring that standards are maintained across the process ecosystem
Liaise with Platform Team on Signavio functionality and system maintenance
UAM
Completing BVT and UAT on platform changes
Communicating all changes and process management standards to stakeholders via formal Comms
Work with subject matter experts across AR&AC to provide guidance on process taxonomy alignment and the benefits of a process taxonomy.
What will you bring?
Proficiency in process modelling best practices, such as BPMN2.0
Administration of Signavio
Experience working with technical aspects of BPMS
Working knowledge of process classification frameworks and their use in process management
Elicitation of business requirements and translation to relevant stakeholders
Ability to train others in the use of BPMS tools, process modelling and process management
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in all forms (including presentation) and simplify complex messages to stakeholders
Deep business analysis skills, including reporting, structured thinking, organisation skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with influencing and relationship building ability
Experience with process automation tools
Experience in the development of user stories, test cases, sprint planning and use of Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
Knowledge of Lean and experience in process analysis is highly regarded
Understand and generate reporting & data visualisation through tools such as Excel, PowerBI, QlikSense and Tableau
Knowledge and experience of managing a business process taxonomy (ideally based upon APQC)
