Your new roleReporting to Process Design Manager, the role of the
Process Analyst sits initially within the program that is implementing the future AustralianSuper member service model.
What you'll be doing- Analyse current processes within Fund Services to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, design, and document future state processes.
- Engage with business users to capture the existing process and systems used and any suggested improvements.
- Use Nintex Process Manager to visually represent process workflows and identify potential areas of optimisation.
- Capture regulatory obligations, business rules and operational controls within the processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure usability of outputs across various stakeholder groups such as Risk and Knowledge Management and Operational/Service teams.
- Translate member journeys into every process for the BAU teams
What you'll need- At least 3 years' experience in Process Analyst role with proven experience in business improvement within financial services, preferably with Superannuation experience.
- An ability to understand complex documents including Trust Deed, contracts and legislation, and apply the relevant content into process.
- Working knowledge of risk management frameworks and an ability to link controls into process design.
